A gold medalist Electronics engineering graduate from one of the top engineering college in Gujarat, he has worked with global OEMs and ODMs which are pioneer of the industry. Over the journey of 30 years in system design, he has managed complex product development projects across various industry verticals. The key strengths of Upendra are product innovation, project management, and complex technology expertise in addition to great mentoring and motivating skills.
The principle followed by him, which is always appreciated in the industry, is to bring innovation in product design. He has directly worked with several International companies on various technologies for designing innovative products by following best practices and product development methodologies.
He had conceptualized and managed several innovative products in consumer, video, security & surveillance, automation, medical, avionics and defense domains for multi-billion dollar industry leaders.
Worked as CTO at eInfochips for 12 years and played instrumental role in inception to growth to 15 million dollar revenue and 250 people team in product engineering services group.
Worked as R & D Manager at Masibus for 10 years to develop various industrial automation products.
